The Challenge

Healthcare across borders was fragmented — patients faced confusing booking flows, limited provider visibility, and disconnected records. Clinics operated with siloed tools that couldn't scale across regions or specialties. Amara needed a unified digital health ecosystem that could serve patients, doctors, and clinic administrators — all within a single platform that felt simple, trustworthy, and medically precise.

As the Senior Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end design process across Amara's patient, doctor, and clinic platforms.
